The following blends are available without consultation:
Space Clearing Support - assists anyone who is removing stale energy from their lives and homes (or businesses). De-cluttering a building or just a room is often a very draining experience in process, due not only to sorting through possessions but also because of coming into contact with all the energy of the memories associated with those possessions. (and it is physically exhausting too!) This blend contains essences to assist with energetic cleansing, mental clarity, help with Past issues and a pairing that is specifically aimed at helping keep focus and relieve frustration.
Sleep Well - addresses the two major causes of sleeplessness and insomnia. Can also be useful for lapses of concentration due to excessive mind chatter.
Clarity - assists in bringing one back to the 'here and now', to address real time issues and reduce tendancies of 'daydreaming', or the personality that requires assistance to keep their mind focussed.
Rescue Remedy - the original remedy devised by Edward J Bach for use in any traumatic situation, and as a preventative to any stressful event. This remedy re-aligns the energy body after distress, to bring back a sense of peace and security.
Transitioning - useful for any 'travel' in Life, be it geographical (moving house, job etc), emotional (leaving a relationship, divorce, diagnosis of an illness etc), spiritual (moving on to a 'new you' era), or physical and psychological (puberty, pregnancy, menopause, recovery from illness or injury, surgery etc).
Autonomy - very helpful with young children and parents who will be separating or experiencing separation anxiety behaviours. For this reason it can be used with pets and owners too! This reduces the dependency connection without eliminating the emotional bond altogether. It provides a personality with the assistance to disentangle themselves from someone else's Life, and live their own.

The history of Bach Flower Remedies
These flower essences were formulated by Dr Edward Bach (pronounced 'batch' like 'catch') in the 1930’s in England. Dr Bach was a successful surgeon who also studied Homeopathic medicine, and came to understand the intrinsic connection between the psychological, emotional, spiritual ‘body’ and the physical ailments and symptoms he, and his patients were suffering with.
His life’s work is the 38 flower essences we have today, which include the Rescue Remedy, possibly the most popular form of subtle therapy medicine available commercially today. Working alongside the endocrine system in the body, which regulates our hormones and therefore a large part of our emotions, these vibrational remedies are subtle helpers that support, nurture and nourish our Being. They encourage the body’s own systems to balance and restore harmony within the body as a Whole.
Flower essences do not contain any volatile constituents, like essential oils do, and will not react with other medication. For this reason they are highly attractive for anyone who is currently on prescription medication, or seeking to reduce their dependency on pharmaceuticals. A Flower Essence Discovery is available to anyone, anywhere. For 'local' residents a one hour in person consultation can be arranged. Long distance consultations via phone or email can also be arranged and provide an excellent way of getting just the right blend for your unique situation.
